SAT Vocabulary iPhone app – IntelliVocab

We had been covering few of the useful iphone applications helpful in SAT preparation. IntelliVocab is another app which personalizes the English vocabulary learning for SAT exam and is now available on the Apple Store for free download.

Being based on the latest research from MIT Computer Science and Web Semantics Lab, IntelliVocab for SAT allows users to master English vocabulary in the most effective and interactive way.

IntelliVocab for SAT completely controls the learning environment, so that users do not have to plan the learning approach. All they need to do is interact. Adapster: The magical SAT math App for SAT prep

This app has been around for more than 15 months and is a hit amongst the high school seniors preparing for the SAT reasoning test and aiming to get a high SAT score. Mathematics is generally a troublesome area for most of the students and test developers love to experiment with the math section, as it provides them ample scope to do so.

Adapster addresses this particular problem of the SAT students, helping them in their mathematics preparation. The iPhone/iPad/iTouch app was designed by Jody Steinglass, the founder of the popular learning centre The Empire Edge. Jody and his organization are a known name in the New York City, especially for SAT preparation. Jody is a tutor and has over 15 years of experience in the academic field. His experience and the dedication to help the students prepare for their SAT exam in a more effective way came in handy towards the development of the SAT iPhone App for math preparation, the Adapster.

Similarly, the price chart is available for all the mathematics sections.

Android and iPhone apps developers have developed interesting and student friendly SAT iPhone and Android apps to help them in preparing well. There are application software with modules for mathematics, critical reading, vocabulary building, grammar and all the other topics that are covered in the SAT Reasoning Test.

ShowMe SAT test app

Designed by the New York digital learning company, The Easel Learning, ShowMe is an iPad app that helps the high school seniors in their SAT prep through video tutorials on various SAT test sections. The questions for the tutorials are from the book by College Board named, Official SAT Study Guide, 2nd Edition. The book itself is considered as the Bible for the students preparing for the SAT reasoning test, the standardized test for admission to undergraduate courses in the US colleges and universities.
