Online MBA Education becomes Big and Better

Often touted as the Mighty Big Attitude amongst business leaders in various sectors, the MBA online program is now not just affordable or exclusive but also available right on your door err.. on your laptop.

According to the GMAC, the Graduate Management Admission Council’s recent report, on the trends for grad school applications, online MBA learning has never been bigger or better. While the on-campus MBA program numbers have seen to fall, at the same time there as been a reversal increase in applications for distance learning year after year.

Distance learning was once viewed as an “alternative” form of education, but Web-based learning is becoming more and more mainstream. It’s credible, and importantly if you’re after the MBA, accredited. Moreover, many schools are finding they need to offer courses online in order to attract students. The paradigm shift to online learning is something the MBA students at the school/off-school wanted, as it gave them the flexibility to pursue graduate education while also maintaining work and other responsibilities
